The Kingsley Bate Teak Medium Storage / Cushion Box measures a roomy 53 inches in length, and will allow you to keep a number of large cushions outside without bringing them indoors. The top of the box is silicon sealed, while the bottom of the box is slatted so cushions stay dry, or dry out, if necessary. For safety purposes, the hydraulic stays keep the top from slamming when closing. This box can also be used as a toy chest, or as a serving tale when the top is down.
Note: The photo shown is the larger 60 inch long chest. This 53 inch chest will just be smaller as noted in the measurements provided. The lid will have three partitions as the last picture indicates due to new manufacturer design.
Note: Teak wood contains natural oils that seep out when the wood is new. Always allow the interior of the cushion box to weather prior to storing cushions or other items could be stained by these oils.
