The thoroughly maritime styling of this handsome steamer chair suits your garden or terrace as well as your pool or oceanside setting. The Commodore Steamer Chair is the result of extensive development by Barlow Tyrie. Care has been taken to ensure ease of operation together with a durable rigidity in use, often a weakness in more recent copies of this product. The Commodore features ten marine quality solid brass castings and extensive use has been made of shaped components to ensure maximum comfort. Lifting the arms when seated allows the Commodore to be adjusted to four different positions, from upright to fully reclining. The chair may be used with or without the footrest, which is easily removed, and it folds flat for storage.
